Faulty or Damaged Items
If your product is faulty or damaged, you are eligible for a refund or item exchange within 30 days of receiving it. In order for a puzzle to be deemed as damaged in shipping, significant damage must be observed, minor defects do not warrant an exchange.
Depending on the issue, we may ask you to send the product back and we will let you know whether we can reimburse you for return shipping or not.
In any case, if you have an issue with your order, please email us as quickly as possible at firstname.lastname@example.org with your refund claim.
Unused Items in Original Packaging
If your product is not faulty or damaged but you would like to return it, please email us with the reasons for your return within 30 days of receiving it. To be eligible for a refund (less the original cost of shipping) the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
As a small business we are not able to pay for your return shipping cost. Therefore, you will be responsible for the cost of the return shipping. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service or that you purchase shipping insurance as we are not responsible for any items lost in shipping. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received by us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that, generally, we do not issue refunds if you change your mind.
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. If an item is discounted, it cannot be returned/exchanged.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards.
- Health and personal care items.
- Any item not in its original condition, that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at email@example.com.
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.
