How do you vet products and brands?

We choose products and brands that align with our values and also match our main criteria:

  • Are the materials, craftsmanship, and design of the product durable?
  • Are the products made ethically and of sustainable materials (reusable, recycled, recyclable, biodegradable, upcycled, organic)?
  • Does the brand give back?
  • Is the brand a certified B Corporation?
  • Does the manufacturer offer any aftercare and product warranty?

Can I contribute to your blog?

I’d love to purchase products from your site but you don’t seem to ship to my country. Do you have any plans to ship worldwide?

We try to ship to as many countries as possible but unfortunately, high shipping prices often do not make this option a viable one for you and for us. However, we may in certain situations be able to ship to you. If you’d like us to look into it please send us an email at info@goroamwide.com and we’ll get back to you shortly.

Something I bought broke, what should I do?

While all of the products we offer are durable and made to last, manufacturing errors sometimes occur. If you purchased a product that broke, we’re very sorry that this happened to you, but please, rest assured, we will do our utmost to rectify this.

If you have purchased the product directly from our website, please email us immediately at customerservice@goroamwide.com detailing the issue and adding a photo. We will get back to you as quickly as possible.

If you have purchased the product via one of our affiliate partners, please email their customer service directly. If you’re in any doubt, please email us your query at customerservice@goroamwide.com and we’ll point you in the right direction.

I received the wrong item, whom should I contact?
